About
Saliou Diallo
Architecting Responsible AI Systems at Enterprise Scale.
I'm an AI Solution Architect at AT&T's Chief Data Office. I design and operationalize enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI governance at one of the world's largest telcos. My work sits at the intersection of solution architecture, AI policy, data engineering, and cross-functional program leadership.
My path here is unconventional, and I think that's my edge. I started as a civil engineer, spending four years at AECOM designing roadway infrastructure across Texas and Georgia: $1.6B highway projects, drainage systems, interchange schematics. That foundation never left me. I just applied it to a different kind of infrastructure.
I went back to school for an MS in Analytics (Computational Data) at Georgia Tech. Now I lead AI governance at AT&T: 100+ GenAI use cases, fast-track pathways, risk mitigation, Power BI dashboards for senior leadership, agentic AI oversight, and the migration to AI-fueled governance platforms.
Current focus: architecting enterprise AI systems that combine cloud, GenAI, governance, and business strategy; building real-world AI products on Azure, LLMs, agents, and RAG architectures; and helping organizations adopt AI responsibly to drive long-term impact.
